So tomorrow is our last class :( Sad because I enjoyed this class and I am also not looking forward to weighing myself, haha. I can guess that I put on a few pounds since last time because I have not been sticking to my exercise routine (0/4 60 minute workouts last week) and I have been eating too many fats and sweets, specifically Cajun seafood with loads of butter and anything chocolate.
I am hoping that I can continue to work towards my goals even after this class is over. As I mentioned in the beginning of my blog, I want to make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve my health now and into the future. This class has taught me through both personal experience and research articles that change is hard to come by and hard to maintain, but never impossible.
